RATES
Billing in our practice is handled by Infomedics. Infomedics submits your invoice to your health insurer, and almost all insurers cooperate with this. You will then receive an invoice from Infomedics for any remaining amount not covered by your insurer. Curious about your invoice? We apply the rates set nationally by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa). More information can be found on the Nederlandse zorgautoriteit website, where you can also view the official rates. For more details about the codes we use and the corresponding rates, please visit www.allesoverhetgebit.nl, a website compiled by the Royal Dutch Dental Association (NMT).

We prefer to focus all our attention on providing the best possible care. That’s why we work with Infomedics. Infomedics handles our billing and the processing of your payment.
Infomedics will usually first check whether your health insurer reimburses (part of) your healthcare costs. After that, Infomedics will send you an invoice for any costs that are not reimbursed. In some cases, Infomedics cannot or is not allowed to check reimbursement. In that case, you will receive an invoice for the full amount. You can then submit this to your health insurer yourself.
Please make sure we have your correct email address and mobile phone number. You will receive an email from Infomedics as soon as your invoice is ready. Keep an eye on your spam folder and add Infomedics as a trusted sender so you don’t miss any emails.
On the Infomedics website
you can arrange the most important matters yourself without logging in. Using the payment reference on your invoice, you can:
• Check the status of your invoice or payment
• Pect betalen met iDEAL | Wero
• Request a payment extension or set up a payment plan
For your security, you can only download the full invoice (which includes your personal and medical details) after SMS verification.
We share your details with Infomedics so they can send you the invoice. Infomedics does everything possible to keep your data secure. You can read more at www.infomedics.nl/privacy. When Infomedics sends you an invoice, their payment terms apply. You can review these on the Infomedics website.
