COMPLAINTS
If you believe that we have informed or treated you incorrectly or carelessly, we kindly ask that you discuss this with us first. It is important for us to know if you have an issue or are not fully satisfied. We would like to explain why we have done something in a particular way, and in most cases, this resolves any misunderstandings. We trust that we can find a solution together.
Talk to your dentist, hygienist, and/or practice manager. Request a conversation with your practitioner. In most cases, this resolves many issues. You can express what you find unclear, and the practitioner can explain again why they did something in a particular way. It is important for the practitioner to know if you have a problem so that we can work together to find a solution. If you prefer not to discuss this directly, you can also raise the issue by phone or email with the practice manager. They can then consult with the relevant practitioner to find a solution and discuss it with you..
If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by the dentist or practice manager, please submit your complaint in writing to the complaints committee of Mondzorg Breestraat. You can do this by email or in writing. Please address it to the practice address, for the attention of Mondzorg Breestraat. We will address your complaint within three weeks and discuss a solution with you. Any agreements made will be documented in writing. If you are still not satisfied with the provided solution, you can seek advice from the Association of Dutch Dentists (ANT) for complaints about the dentist. For complaints about the dental hygienist, you can contact the Dutch Association of Dental Hygienists (NVM).
